NOPA is a parent organization dedicated to serving orchestras in grades 6-12 in the Newark City School District in Newark, Ohio.  We exist to improve communication between students, parents, and administration to promote the cause of the Orchestra Department. We wish to maintain and increase interest in our orchestras throughout the community, and assist in fundraising projects that will enhance the total orchestra program.
